FlightNight October 18 - WWI Biplane tour of the Pyrenees Mountains!
We'll meet at 8 pm London time at ICAO: LEAP - Ampuriabrava Airport in Spain. Please bring a daVinci WWI Fighter of your choice from the FGUK Hangars - https://sites.google.com/view/fgukhangar/flightgear-uk-home-page/hangar/davinci-aircraft/warbirds/davinci_wwi_fighters?authuser=0 - or, if none of those suits you, bring any WWI era Biplane you like and post a link to it. We need to be able to hold 100 KIAS to 9K' for an hours duration and climb at 400 FPM while holding ~100 KIAS.
From our POO, we will fly directly to and overfly LECD, and land at LESU - La Seu D'Urgell Airport in Spain as our midpoint refresh and refuel point.
After refresh, we will fly directly to/overfly LFCG and then on to LECD - La Cerdanya Airport as our final destination.
Literally oodles of coolness to see and we'll be low enough and slow enough to take it all in! CYA!
