FlightNight August 20 - FlightNight August 13 - New Zealand Cruise Part Deux!
Too much cool stuff yet left unseen in New Zealand and we are gonna continue the journey! We'll meet at 8 pm London time at ICAO: NZMF - Milford Sound Airport in New Zealand. Please bring the aircraft of your choice, fixed wing or rotary wing, that can attain/maintain 130 KIAS for an hours duration at 10K'. We will depart to a Northwest heading and find our Way to our mid point refresh and refuel at ICAO: NZMC- Mount Cook Aerodrome nestled in the mountains.
After refresh and refuel we will again depart over the mountains to the Northeast and land at NZGM - Greymouthl Airport as our end way point and final destination.
Comms on TeamSpeak as always - more fabulous and significant terrain to be seen so I'd like to see as many as possible.

Yes I would not survive it.....lol....I believe you....lol.....I get tears in my eyes.....ahh. It's too much....lol.
Anybody tried starting at NZMF?
I tried both ends of the runway and the apron and the aircraft spawns displaced from the runway centre line to West (in the trees).
Also the runway is raised so I am unable to taxi to the runway.
Yeah, me too. You'll have to spawn in a Helicopter pad. Thanks for the Scenery, Oly!

Similar issue at NZGM - if I start on the default runway I'm somewhere off the runway in the water.

Use a Heli with floats or a sea plane
Got arrivals due at 7,8,9 and 10pm, So my attendance is rather unlikely again this week.
