FlightNight November 26 - Tour of Medeira Archipelago
We'll meet at 8 pm London time at ICAO: LPPS - Porto Santo Airport in Vila Baleira, Porto Santo Island, Madeira. Ideally this trip is designed for the JT-5B Autogyro from the FGUK Hangar but you can bring a 'chopper from the FGUK Hangar as well. The Lama is a perfect choice as cruise speeds will be 70 KIAS and altitudes up to 6000'.
We'll depart and tour the Island before heading to our midpoint destination of LPMA - Madeira Airport on the big island of Madeira. After refresh and refuel we will tour the island which displays some fairly significant (and stunning!) scenery. Hopefully we'll make it as far South as the Desertas Islands in our touring before returning to LPMA as our final destination.
