FlightNight December 2nd - Criss crossing Italy from Rome to Naples!
We'll meet at 8 pm London time at ICAO: LIRF - Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome, Italy. Please bring the chopper of your choice from the FGUK Hangars that can attain/maintain 120 KIAS to 8000' for an hours duration.
After a brief sight seeing tour of Vatican City and The Colosseum (and other goodies I haven't probably recognized yet) we will proceed to and overfly LIRG and land at LIBP: Pescara D'Abruzzo Intl. as our midpoint refresh and refuel point.
After refresh we will fly Southwest directly to Naples - LIRN - and if we have time we'll take a gander at Mt. Vesuvius. Naples/LIRN is our final destination.
Comms on TeamSpeak as always and I'd like to encourage as many as possible to get their voice comms sorted so we can not worry about typing and flying helicopters.
