FlightNight April 2nd - Austria Mountain Chopper Cruise to Munich!
We'll meet at 8 pm London Time at ICAO: LOWK - Klagenfurt Airport in Austria. Please bring the chopper of your choice from the FGUK Hangars that can attain/maintain 130 KIAS at altitudes up and 9000'. Most of the flight will be conducted at 750' AGL in the Valleys but there will be times we will need to climb up/over so don't bring something whimpy.
We'll depart LOWK and hug the valleys and rivers to/overfly LOWZ and land at LOIJ - Flugplatz Sankt Johann in Tirol Austria for our midpoint refresh and refuel. After refresh we will head to and overfly LOWS, and then head for Germany and overfly ETSA and land at EDDM - Munich Airport as our final destination after viewing downtown Munich.
Comms on TeamSpeak as always. Lot's of cool mountain vistas and downtown Munich seems to reveal some of the very best urban landscapes in FGFS. So we'll see ya'll there!
