FlightNight 6th April 2024 - The only way is Wessex
Prepare for flamboyance and to let out the extrovert in you as we bring the Westland Wessex to Flight Night.
Meeting at 8pm UK time (remember clocks changed last week so we're on BST now) at Farnborough airport (EGLF) we will take in the beautiful sights along the River Thames as we fly through central London.
Half time will be at Southend airport (EGMC) where we shall have a little break.
After half time we'll be putting the SAR elements of our Wessex' as well as our piloting skills to the test as we receive word of a major incident nearby and need to do some suitably impressive flying to help rescue those in danger.
Scenery for the scenario will be released before the weekend.
Comms will be on TeamSpeak as always.
