Avionix/Stuart, if the DC3/Skytrain is causing problems, why not use the C130's?, After all we used the Vulcan on Operation Chastise. Para exit rate is also higher, so instead of dropping them over a distance, they will land closer together.
I'll try work out today how far we can get. Are you OK with as close to the original routing as we can muster?
I reckon with a nice leisurely cruise we could probably do the route to Arnhem in a little more relaxed manner and do it over the two halves rather than trying to get there and back?
Aye pure rhubarb, not all members will like slow moving DC3.C47 Skytrain so let the fighter jocks/mud movers join in, Mossies low cover anti flak suppression, high cover typhoons'/Spits. Let this be about the pilots who went through hell and a commemorative flight for all.

Going in with Mossie, anti flak, need top cover, any Typhoon/Spit jockeys out there? DC3/C4 had in reality had such flak/ac suppression.?
That could be a fun idea actually, adding some Mossie cover on Saturday?
