SUMMARY: 42nd FGUK Special Delivery Group wants us to deliver an amount of APCs and MBTs to a training area for the upcoming EUROPEAN GHOST training campaign, starting NOV 7th. The group will depart at ETAR and transition to the loading position at LOWL. We will then depart to the drop off area at the airfield of EPDE. Drop off will be a low altitude drop, initiated at 100ft and executed in a steep climb maneuver. After drop, climb to 1500ft altitude and circle north of the airfield until all drops are successful.
As soon as the last plane reaches 1500 ft ALT after the drop the group will depart to EPLB for a landing on RWY 25.
The group will assemble on the main APRON south of the runway for engine shutdown procedure.
CRUISE-SPD: 400 kts
CRUISE-ALT: 25000ft
DROP PARAMETER: APROACH ALT 1000ft at 6miles mark, DROP ALT 100ft at 1mile mark, APPROACH SPD 150kts at 6miles mark
Sorry, I fixed the lighting and all that but making it work over MP is beyond my capabilities - it disables the viewing of payload options over MP as lots of stuff I use is reserved for other functions.
Got a Wife in the hospital and limited time between now and Flight Time so we'll have to fly it as is. If it dun't work over MP then it's not kosher. Sorry...beyond my skills/expertise without re writing the entire aircraft.
Thanks for weighing in Stuart....yeah, to make the lights go we'd need to rewrite the .set file and the model file. I may attempt that in coming days/weeks but right now is not the time.
I could use a break and actually working on aircraft keeps me distracted from the ShitStorm that has become my Life the last month.

Uh that's nice !!! Looking sharp, man!
Thanks a lot for this - put a link to the current version in here, VooDoo so I can test it.
Glad, I can be there this weekend :) YAY!

Reason the light conversion didnt work was it had a very early version of the auto rendering changing lights on it.
Fitting the modern lights is a major upgrade for the C17 and the MP properties involved will be vey different from whats in it at present.
Hope Mrs VooDoo recovers soon for you.

2020.4 PS for this flight, as it is a long flight and limits on free cloud services I have had to split into two zip files which need to be combined

MISSION UPDATE
CRUISE ALT UPDATED TO 10000ft between ETAR-LOWL and LOWL-ESTABLISH-DROP
This reduces climb time to a minimum as we need 400kts to get to dropoff point in time.
I have an updated GPX file with GPS coordinates for the ESTABLISH and CLIMBOUT point at the dropoff target.
