FlightNight Jan. 14th - Flying High in Columbia!
We'll meet at 8 pm London Time at ICAO: SKRG - José María Córdova International Airport in Medellin, Columbia. This Flight is designed for 'Choppers but any light aircraft from the FGUK Hangars that can attain/maintain altitudes up to 18K' @ speeds of 130 KIAS is acceptable. Most of the Flight will be conducted between 12000' and 15000'.
We'll depart and fly directly to/overfly SKMZ and then on to our midpoint refresh and refuel point on SKIB - Ibague/Perales Airport. On the way we'll observe several prominent Volcanoes including Nevado del Ruiz, Nevado de Santa Isabel, and Nevado del Tolima.
After refresh/refuel we will depart directly to ICAO: SKPP - Guillermo León Valencia Airport as our final destination diverting to the East late in the Flight to observe Nevado del Huila.

Is the 'Oly' download supposed to be in 4 files ?

Yes and youy dont need to. Just unzip each as it comes
Under Columbia should be two folder Orthophotos & Navdata
I just lumped them all into one file.
Seems to be OK that way, in the fact that FlightGear has not thrown it's toys out of the pram...…. yet.
Hopefully see you all tonight.
I'll bring the Cobra, although 'Airwolf' is being repeated on 1 of the TV channels here, I may bring that.
