Interesting that the guy in the second video came to some similar conclusions to me.
1: Adding rotors to a 100 thousand ton ship isn't going to work.
2: An offset landing deck means a go-around would mean getting sucked into the forward-port duct.
This will be an aluminium/carbon fibre structure - maybe with some helium ballast.
A bit nerdy (we are well into that) but I'd love to see what sort of "safe path" there would be to get through those big blenders
