Sciatica

As Flight Night started I had an attack of Sciatica, normally I get some warning, however this one was a real blinder, had to pull the plug quick and take pain killers,! Dr has booked me in for Physiotherapy.

Was really disappointed as new system really good.

Hope to re-join Flight Night ASAP.

    I suffered with a ruptured disk in my lower lumbar spine. The sciatica was blindingly painful. Sending my sincerest sympathy.

    Thanks team! had it for nearly 25 years now, first time its come on so bad so quick! Plenty pain meds from Quack and being doing some exercises I was shown last time at Physio. Hope to strap on a Super Cobra Sat night.

    I have hear rumors that medicinal amounts of good Scotch and wild sex is the only proper cure for sciatica. It may not help the pain but you won't care anymore. Cheers!
