Anyone know how to get FGFS to save a flight file for replay?
I can get a replay in flight but not save the file to replay it later. Anyone know if this can be done?
Thanks in Advance!

Am on it boss!
It seems Flight Gear records all flights, I did not know this. The pilot has the option to save this flight or not. Save/Load is via the File menu. Screenshots below. I suspect though you know this and are referring to something more. Even so, standing by to help!
OK, info from Flight gear Wiki I searched Flight recorder, At the end of the post I found some comments. The most relevant one, as follows..
'the format is basically seralied FlightGear properties, please see $FG_ROOT/Docs/flightrecorder.README - these are all just "numbers", the format is determined by FlightGear, and these numbers do not mean ANYTHING outside FlightGear, and even inside FlightGear it's really just the flight recorder subsystem that is able to open/process those files, read in the numbers and map them to the corresponding FlightGear properties - which in turn allows things to be animated/replayed over time JUST VIA FlightGear.'
Don't shoot the messenger, give him a Whiskey and he'll feck off eventually!
Well, apparently it has fixed itself! When I "Save in-memory recording to file" I get an error message telling my it didn't save the file because there's an issue. But iy does save the file and when I "replay recording from file" it works just fine.
I did discover that you have to use the same aircraft that was flown in the original recording or the saved file does not show as an option. So, it works, it just says it doesn't.
Thanks for the help!

Way back when, we used a tape as the lead aircraft in this:

I'm confused. It looks like Flight Night, seems to be the right aircraft and topics, but everyone is strangely sober and seems to be taking it seriously.
