Weaponised Bulldog
Anyone seen this Scottish Aviation sales pitch before?
https://www.airhistory.net/photo/270792/G-ASAL
MATRA type F2 rocket launcher pods slung under wing. (G-ASAL was Scottish Aviation's demonstrator aircraft.)
Not sure if any clients purchased it as an option.
Cheers, Scott

not seen that before
They most certainly did purchase the option!
The 100 model had loads of different versions with the 4 underwing hardpoints. The most "militarised" was the Model 1210 which was sold to Botswana, they had 6 variants in light attack guise, underwing had points, a 290kg bomb load, MATRA pods with the 68mm rocket (although other types tested only the 68 were "used") and also up to 4 x 7.62mm machine guns.
Sold to 5 operators in Africa (Botswana made the most use of them although they only had 6) as well as the far east. In Europe the only air force to have the militarised version with weapons was Sweden where both the Army and Air Force used them for weapons training.
This is an ex-Botswana aircraft now on the UK register, although it's had its hardpoints removed, it is technically a full 'warbird'
